Lang Autosports is the wrong type of business. They are looking to make a sale, they are not looking to meet customers' needs. Time will tell whether we got a fair price on the car we bought, but it looks like we may have. To incentivize the purchase, they promised that they would get a quote on a new and discounted working key fob. They did not. I bought a 2002 VW Jetta from Lang Autosports on November 16th 2012. When I took it on a test drive I noticed there was a misfiring between first and second gear. I said I was concerned about the car having a bad transmission, and was told that I just don't know German engineering, that it is just a spark plug and they would gladly replace it for me.
