The guy became angry and rude when I questioned the abnormally high cost to downsize a ring. Go elsewhere for ring re-sizing.

Great customer service, price, and the repair work to my engagement ring was exceptional.
I left my gold watch to be repaired after not being able to wear it for a very long time. It’s an old and sentimental time piece. No battery, old fashioned wind up. It was done well and within the given time frame. I am happy to be able to wear it again. The cost was reasonable as well.
