I am the administrator for a local church. We had a funeral on a Saturday and they called to schedule a delivery. I scheduled the appt at 2:30p because I had another delivery at that time. The delivery person from Laney's called at 2:20p and left a rude voicemail at the church wondering where I was at and "thanks for nothing" and hung up. She apparently had the time wrong because that was 10 minutes before I was scheduled to meet her. My daughter order on line a beautiful bouquet arrangement to send to me when I got out of the hospital from a double knee replacement and she spent over $50 and I got a white coffee mug with a few daisies lots of ferns and a lot of unopened daises. It looked like a $10 Job. My daughter seen the picture of what I got, and did some calling to get her money back. Not very friendly. Had a question about an order I placed, and the lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed at having to answer my questions, and kind of stand offish. I just wanted to confirm a delivery, as the recipient was very ill and on medication, and hadn't mentioned receiving the delivery. Seems a simple question to me, just wanted to make sure my flowers were delivered. (they were.) My issue was with the tone she used. If you don't want to deal with your customer's questions, don't be in a service profession.

This is just to say that Laneys Country Flowers does not deliver the product pictured on their website. I ordered a birthday arrangement, which looked nothing like the picture upon receipt. After speaking with the owner, we could not come to an agreement so I had to use the services of my credit card company to rectify the situation. Just know what you want to order and confirm you get the same product. I wish there was a way to submit photos so you could see the difference.
