Dr. McCabe is by far one of the best I've been to in my lifetime. He is very gental, takes his time with you, and ensures you are comfortable. I've read some of the reviews about his staff however I'm not sure if they are still employees. They are great, as far a stating they are rude because you could not get an estimate over the phone..... I'm sure there's more to the story. I have had the pleasure of coming to this dental office for over 3 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about both Dr. McCabe and Dr. Lanese as well as the staff. When I come in the office or I call they know me and call me by name! They make me feel like family. I was one of those people that hates going to the dentist and was really nervous at my first visit. Never did they make me feel embarrased or ashamed. Can't believe your comment!! I had nothing but helpful and caring response from this office. I believe it all depends on a persons attitude when they call. If you've had a bad day, don't take it out on someone else. Some people just are never satisfied.

My husband and I have been coming here for more than 3 years and are extremely happy with the entire staff. Rhonda is a professional and courteous office manager. Anytime we call the office, regardless of who we talk to, Angie, Jessica, Summer or some of the newer staff members, we are greeted with professionalism and our individual needs are met. Don't bother.....the receptionist is rude and not willing to listen. I tried to get an appointment with one of the doctors there for my son who was referred to them by his regular dentist and she was unwilling to even give me the full name of the doctor that would be seeing him so that I could give it to his insurance company. I don't know how the dentists are because I couldn't even make it past the front desk. I would NOT recommend them to anyone - friend or foe!

We have been going to this dentist for the past 2 years after our other dentist dropped our dental insurance. We have our 6 month cleanings with our three young daughters, 5, 3, and 2 years old. They schedule us all the same morning, so we can all go together. It helps decrease the children's anxiety after they see daddy getting his teeth cleaned first. The hygienest is very good with the girls. We have also had a couple of fillings done. They were able to get us in quickly and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this... read more

I just called this dental clinic to inquire about fees to get my son an initial exam, we just moved here and military does not cover dental for dependants and Rhonda the receptionist was very rude. It is hard enough to have to call and ask how much services are going to cost but she did not have to make me feel so inadequate. Unfortunately these days we have to keep an eye on our books and I do not want deny my child care but I do want to make sure I know how much things are going to cost.
