I had an emergency situation which required immediate attention. Thankfully, I was able to schedule a same day appointment with Lane's Termite/Pest Inc. The technician was prompt, kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, no matter what were. I now know what to do to keep the situation at bay even while living in the city. I absolutely recommend they be your first call for any pest situation.

Lane's Termite/Pest services was the only company out of about 15 companies I called that responded immediately about my concerns of birds in my vents on the outside of my house. I scheduled an initial appointment for a price quote and totally forgot about the appointment. BJ still was able to come take a look and provide a quote without me being home. BJ and his team went above and beyond our expectations. We had a family of birds nesting in two of our vents. Lane's Termite/Pest was able to remove the debris, sanitize and place covers on two vents. They were super professional, friendly and did a great job. We would highly recommend BJ and his team.
