Where to begin...my father had used Lanes since 2005. Sadly, passed away earlier this year. We continued the service until we sold the house. When I called Lane's regarding the contract, I spoke to Wes Nichols who was amazing. He always called me back and was very helpful and understanding even when I was upset and not always in a good place.
