Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was referred to this business by someone who had previously used them. Not only were they not responsive in a timely manner, took weeks, but once they were the person claiming to be one of the owners was rude, and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. As a business owner myself, I find this abhorrent and disrespectful behavior to customers wanting to inquire about a product and a service. I don’t always clean my jeep, but when I do I make sure I get all the necessary detail products to make my jeep stand out from the rest. Great customer service and easy to navigate website. One of the best detail products I know.
Lanes got me looking right on the 07 Lane and his wife are amazing people I would HIGHLY recommend them and the products they carry!
