I went into Lane’s Professional Car Products not really knowing what to expect, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Lane took the time to show me the different products they offer, explain how to use them, and walk me through the pros and cons of each—all with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Hands down the best car detailing products I’ve ever used. My trucks and trailers get dirty all the time and their products make my stuff look great again. The customer service I receive every time I place my order is outstanding. Don’t buy the cheap products buy lane’s car products. Proud customer for over 20 years now.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was referred to this business by someone who had previously used them. Not only were they not responsive in a timely manner, took weeks, but once they were the person claiming to be one of the owners was rude, and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I don’t always clean my jeep, but when I do I make sure I get all the necessary detail products to make my jeep stand out from the rest. Great customer service and easy to navigate website. One of the best detail products I know.
