Brant came to my house for an estimate, and has not provided one of our returned my calls for 2 weeks. I would be okay with a simple reply indicating that he is too busy, but found this approach very unprofessional
We couldn't have asked for a better turnout. They gave very thorough explanations from cost to finish. Were done in a very timely manner. We have received many compliments on our floor. Would highly recommend.
Lane and Brant did an excellent job sanding and refinishing the hardwood in our home. They were able to fit us into their schedule with about a month's notice and even moved the work on our house up a week earlier from the original start date. Lane was easy to communicate with and offered very reasonable and transparent pricing. Lane offered us some advice on best options for refinishing which we appreciated since he is very experienced. If you want quality refinishing at a good cost, I recommend Lane's.
Lane has been in this Industry for 40 years, you cant possible find someone better then him i ensure you, he has competitive prices and best quality and is a seasoned professional. His associate has worked with him for 16 years and will be taking over the business soon. I HIGHLY TO RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY !!!!!
