I had an incredibly frustrating experience at LaNeige Bridal. I purchased a fairly expensive dress while on a trip home from out of state, ensuring I ordered the correct size based on a sample I tried on. After waiting for the dress to arrive, we drove 9 hours to pick it up. When I tried it on, it felt too tight, but the staff insisted it could be let out a bit and would fit perfectly.
