I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
