Our a/c went out in 100 degree plus weather. I called Lane Weathermart. The office staff answered the phone immediately, and I mean professional, courteous people, real human beings. Trained, professional people showed up immediately, explained the problem, gave us our options for repair or replacement, and spent the entire day taking care of us. No one can top the quality and professionalism of Lane Weathermart.
The lady that answered the phone is rude I’m a government contractor I called trying to do a contract with them and she said I was doing fraud lol why would I called to do fraud and I’m asking for a quote she was very rude and I will be reporting this company to the e government
The HVAC system that was installed in my new home is great. It cools well and the heating is good too. The problem I had was getting a tune-up. When I called in the fall of last year, I was told that they don't do tune-up's. The office worker asked if there was a problem, which there wasn't, and then explained that they would come out if there was a problem. I just had a new system installed. They are not only the best, but also the most affordable company I’ve worked with in San Angelo! Mike & his guys are all very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. Steven did my install & he answered all my questions & had everything done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Lane Weather Mart to anyone looking for HVAC installation & service.
