Rude. Unprofessional. Tried to make an appointment, called Saturday during business hours...no answer. Called Monday first thing, heard Dr Lane in the background saying it was too late and my cat would probably die. I took him to Southside Veterinary and he is happy a doing well. Just a bladder infection.
One. Good vet take good care of your pets on any call will call when can and work on any animal to help. Will always use him when i need him very reliable vet
We love Dr. Lane!! He and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, take time to listen and diagnose the problem and makes sure all our questions are answered. He throughly explains the diagnoses and the purposed treatment. We love that he will take the same care with our farm animals as he does our cats and dogs. His rates are very fair and reasonable! When Dr. Burlingame retired we worried that we couldn't find a vet to come to our farm treat our hogs and goats. We worry no more Dr. Lane is here! So thankful to have him in our co... read more
