The vet/ hospital experience is like walking into a dark tunnel without a light. Trust is your only option. Dr Lane earns that trust within the first 10 minutes of meeting him. He is generous with his knowledge, I didn’t feel rushed. His staff is as professional and compassionate as he is. I will recommend him and the hospital to all my dog living friends.
Dr. Lane is absolutely fantastic. He saved our little Dachshund from severe back pain and paralysis. People need to realize that RMVN is not set up like a neighborhood vet. Dr. Lane’s practice is dealing with a huge volume of patients and emergencies every day, all day. Even when the day is full with scheduled appointments, Dr. Lane will not turn away emergencies (which we were). Dr. Lane is fantastic. He helped us immensely with our schnauzer in her last few weeks. He helped her fight and was honest with us when it was time to let her go. I was so impressed with the staff and care. They are always ready to get an answer for you and address your concerns.
