Dr lane did two implants. Both failed TWICE. On the second one I got a massive infection and should have stopped seeing him. He gave me an injection on my last visit which he completely punctured thru the vein. I now have phlebitis in that vein and still bothers me. FYI: when a Dentist messes up, other Dentists don’t want to take that on. Very disappointed. He had such a good recommendation from my regular dentist whom I thought very highly of.
Although I visited Dr. Lane in 2020 and will be seeing him soon, I will have to look past his unprofessional appearance (he wears a biking shirt--not a surgical smock, gown or anything that conveys cleanliness). Also, It was uncomfortable for me to lie back in the chair and be looking up at a light with a badly cracked cover. Ultimately, I will go back to him despite both the high cost and my negative perception because my recovery time in 2020 was very short and the pain level during recovery was minimal.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a medical professionals office. This man and his team of people are absolutely horrendous at bedside manner, listening, acknowledging a patients concerns, explaining anything, really anything other than getting paid. Over the past three years Dr. Lane has extracted two molars for me and I recommend Dr. Lane as one of the best. Extreme professionalism, great listener, very patient with my queries and offers detailed explanations in order to be able to make best decisions about possible treatment, very attentive, soft touch and excellent treatment. Five stars are not enough; five more stars above the five shown.
