Lane Roofing rocks! Dealt with a number of roofers over decades. Morgann came through for us on a new roof that needed to be done once we closed on a townhouse in Asheville. Mike and David and the crew were on site all day and did a fantastic job on the roof and some other restoration work that needed to be done. Being new to the Ashville area, this team made us feel right at home. Thank you.

From Morgann's first visit, to submission of pricing alternatives, to detailed proposal and contract, to selection of materials, to scheduling, to protecting landscaping, to removal of old shingles and installation of new, to meticulous site clean up.....all was completed professionally, cheerfully, thoroughly, as promised. We highly recommend.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with my new roof from Lane Roofing. Michael Maranda, the Project Manager, was very knowledgeable and informative during the whole process and made it less stressful for me as this was the first time I had to take care of it on my own. The workers were very nice and never stopped working except for a brief lunch. The new roof makes my house look so nice and the job looks like it will last for years. I would never hesitate to recommend them in the future.
