I couldn’t be more satisfied with my new roof from Lane Roofing. Michael Maranda, the Project Manager, was very knowledgeable and informative during the whole process and made it less stressful for me as this was the first time I had to take care of it on my own. The workers were very nice and never stopped working except for a brief lunch. The new roof makes my house look so nice and the job looks like it will last for years. I would never hesitate to recommend them in the future.
From the first time Morgan came over, I had the sense that Lane roofing was a company you could really trust. And since so much of a roofer’s work takes place in areas that are really hard to inspect, trusting a roofer to do what they say is the number one reason why I chose them. They completed the job in one day, which included tearing off the old roof, putting underlayment and finishing with an architectural shingle. They meticulously cleaned up. I highly recommend them.
Lane Roofing and Restoration did an excellent job of installing a new roof and gutters. The new technology of full Synthetic Under Layment and Ice and Water Shield was a significant improvement over the original roof construction. Their team was neat, on time and did an excellent job of installation and clean up - I have yet to find even a single nail!
This was my second great experience with Lane Roofing. They repaired and replaced my roof and gutters after Helene, then just recently replaced the roof on my rental house.
