Morgann & crew went above & beyond to document the entire process, communicating with the insurance adjuster so that they had the best documented information to cover the majority of my claim. The Lane roofing folks also replaced failing decking, upgraded the waterproofing, added missing drip edges, and replaced the gutters. I trusted them and definitely felt taken care of. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and provided a fair estimate with multiple pricing options, which we really appreciated. We ultimately needed to replace both the roof and the wood underneath, and his crew arrived early and completed the entire job in just one day. These guys did really good work for a really good price. Not only that but Mike the supervisor was on site the entire time the roof was being worked on and was ready and able to answer all my questions as they came up. He always answered his phone when I called him. What a fantastic team!
