Not a dentist person :( Wisdom teeth extraction went fast and easy, However, very painful when numbing medicine wore off. Thankful Dr. Lane is local and could get me see me so fast.
Dr. Lane is great! However, Tiffany who cleans teeth.... this was the worst experience of my life. She was EXTREMELY rough. Ripping the pic through my gums cutting my gums, dragging it real hard through my teeth, I'm literally surprised she didn't break or crack one of my teeth. Everytime I told her she was hurting me she never apologized or attempted to be gentle in any way. This was the worst place I have ever been to, the lady Billy that does the billing is one of the most meanest, nastiest rudest people I have ever met at a place of business. She always has an attitude.when I called about my bill she acted like I didn't have the right to ask questions. Then they never added both my insurance cards so I was paying a higher price.
