The Labor & Delivery dept. is a filthy place that everyone should know about. The nurses are incompetent, lying, lazy staff who talks trash about just about every patient & families that they care for bc they feel bothered by the patient for disrupting their Netflix movie, and couldn’t deliver a baby if their life depended on it. From the beginning to the end of my stay at LMRMC I was treated with respect, courtesy, compassion and kindness by all my care team. It was a pleasant experience.
Nearly staff member was absolutely wonderful. The only ones that were not were the ER check in staff. Some compassion and sympathy would have been nice as I was sitting there in complete agony and they were going through the check in process slow as molasses and not caring I was in pain. That being said, everyone else was absolutely wonderful and I can’t say enough good about my experience!
Care in ER was like a 4 star resort. PA Lane Nash, Dr Brett Lewis and RN Riley treated me to make me comfortable and explain the causes of Malady. Should I ever find myself in ER again, I can only hope I'm under their care. After making face to face contact with Staff billing issue resolved - yes, it took nearly hurculean effort - but running smooth now.
