We lived in a house for less than a year and there were constant issues. One constantly being mold in our child’s bathroom. When we would reach out we would be ignored or they would send people over to just paint it. There were constant animals getting inside and us being ignored for issues to be fixed after constantly asking.

Mr. Lane is the best—such a nice man. I rented a house near the square from his company for 5 years, up until we purchased our home, and he was the best landlord we ever had. His office was always prompt with answering questions, they repaired problems quickly, and the pricing was excellent. We wouldn’t have been able to save up enough to buy a home if we hadn’t spent so many years with Lane Real Estate, so we are very grateful the cost of renting was fair and stable the entire time we rented from them.
Lane real estate has been such a blessing. We love our rental, its perfect for the two of us. Perry is so kind and helpful. They are great people to rent from. I am very grateful I found them.
