I have had a lease with Lane Properties for almost 13 years, they have been great to work the entire time. Just sold my business and they worked with buyers to enter into new lease and terminate the balance of mine.
I have rented from Mark Lane for 15 years. They are awesome to work with, reasonable rates and just good people. We are leaving now but one of the best things about Charleston was dealing with them. Thanks Mark and staff for helping make my time here easy and worthwhile!
