I recently visited Lane’s Optometry for the first time. They were the only office with immediate availability, and I needed an eye exam for new glasses—otherwise, I never would have made the one-hour drive for such horrible service. To start, they have no online presence, meaning no paperwork can be completed ahead of time. Super friendly staff. Didn’t have to Wait long for my appointment. They were thorough and helpful.
Really kind people and very professional. They always check up on me with my new contacts and even though it’s been a long process, they have been the nicest and most helpful people. The doctor really knows what he’s doing and gives me information and keeps me up to date on everything. 11/10 would recommend!
Staff is amazing here. They are quick too.
