It is very unprofessional for a practice to give patients 9am appointments and have patients standing outside until 9:01 when the doors officially open at 9:00, and then to check them in after their scheduled appointment time. My appointment was for 9 AM, yet they didn’t open the doors until 9:01. I have personally waited over an hour to be seen, which far exceeds commonly accepted wait time standards where patients generally expect to be seen within 30 minutes of arrival. Dr. Milton is the ultimate professional. Thorough eye exam. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.
Dr. Lane and his staff are so professional and polite. I drive over an hour for my eye exams just to go to their office.
First time here- I was very impressed. From the office staff to Dr Lane, the testing and exam was so smooth. I am very picky because have worked as an optometric tech for 20 years. This office is awesome.
Came in for VA community care visit that should be a hundred percent covered by the VA and was charged money leaving the appointment for services rendered. Now I have to fight with the VA to recoup money I should not of had to pay. Veteran's being referred to this place for community cared should avoid this place at all costs. Horrible experience!!
