They r a bunch of theives I'm begging you don't use them you will lose your money
Should be ZERO stars. Back in April, 2022 I gave Lou $3,800 deposit to install gas line and pool heater. Called him and texted him numerous times. No return call, sent email and texts and still no refund. DO NOT USE LANE/LMA.
This guys aren’t professional or anything. They came to my house install Ac unit then after one year the compressor failed and I called Lou. But he ignored my call and when I call the office they tell me leave message but no one would ever call back or follow up. I keep it texting Lou but no answer then his son texted back and told he is in Hospital. Then I waited 2 weeks then I texted Lou and called office. It still no response. My husband and I hired this company to install a new AC system last summer and by the end of summer the compressor broke. We’ve been trying to contact them to replace it since it’s still under the labor warranty. We were told 100 times that someone was going to come, but until now no one showed up. We called the office and Lou’s number but they stopped responding. This company does not comply with their terms. They will sell you empty promises until they take your money. Don’t make the same mistake we did, huge scam!
