Next time we will chose a more professional and reputable company. In September Lane Mechanical installed an air conditioning unit that was used for one day in the fall, and broken by first use in the spring. The part itself was under warranty, but they charged us $900 for labour to replace it. When we asked for an explanation, the owner said because the failure happened over the winter, it technically wasn't the "same season" and therefore labour was not included.
