I’m often on the go for work, and I've been using Valvoline for my oil changes. Unfortunately, I've encountered some issues with their service, particularly with the staff, as my car had no oil after a recent visit. Fortunately, the wonderful team at Lanes took care of the issue and confirmed my suspicion that the filter hadn’t been seated properly. If you want something done right, I recommend going to Lanes. They really took great care of me.
They are amazing, very friendly and do great work!
Was told to bring my car in for front brake pads. I bought the pads and rotate then he refused to do it because I bought the parts. I’m not stupid they get the parts at a cheaper price then want to over charge the customer. Will not return there for anything.
