Bob, Ed, and Courtney were so helpful!! They created beautiful arrangements with minimal direction and came out better than anything I could’ve put together! They were reasonably priced and delivered exceptional quality service!! Would highly recommend!
I had ordered a floral display for a friends funeral and when I saw pictures of the display I didn't think it looked at all like the display on the website that I had purchased. I called and left a message for the owner who promptly called me back and was very accommodating. We discussed it and he offered to refund 50% of the price which I thought was fair and good customer service. I want to add the display was beautiful it just wasn't what I had ordered. I recently sent an arrangement to a friend in memory of their loved one who passed and Lane & Lange had been highly recommended by another frirend in West Hartford. I selected a beautiful Christmas arrangement featured on their website. My friend sent me a pic of the arrangment and I was so disappointed in what was sent. It was missing roses and greens that had been pictured and baby's breath were added that made it look cheap. We want to take the time to personally thank Ed and Bob for making such beautiful arrangements in such a short amount of time. My wife and I picked a wedding date that only gave us two months to put everything together. We overlooked the floral arrangements and left as one of the last items to check off.
