Disappointed in the flowers sent to me by the Palmas of West Hartford. For what that bouquet cost them, ($110 +) the quality of the flowers were not fresh, the water already dirty . I received it Saturday and the flowers, although I recut the stems yesterday are drooping, You were always known for your superior florals, now second rate.

Excellent experience overall from beginning to end: over the phone, their timeliness, and final product. I had found a flower arrangement that was “perfect” on their website that was over my budget. I asked if I could order a similar type arrangement at a lower cost. Sure! The actual final arrangement, a house warming gift, was beautifully designed with lovely, colorful flowers. My second time using Lane & Lenge, both rewarding. Thank you.

I have been using Lane & Lenge for all my bouquet needs for decades. Every time they knock it out of the park with beautiful, high quality arrangements for every occasion. My most recent purchase was a sympathy bouquet for my step mom. I gave an example, a budget and said to let the design studio get as creative as they want. The bouquet was even bigger than I expected and absolutely gorgeous. My step mom loved them. Thank you for always providing the best customer service and bouquets.
