Despite multiple attempts at getting my address removed from their mailing list, they continued to send cards trying to get me to sell my home. If you have been plagued by their junk mail and can’t get a resolution by leaving a voicemail like their phone system says, choose option 1, a human will pick up, and you can demand action to get your information removed from their lists. One request should suffice, but it’s evident that you can’t get anything accomplished without speaking to them directly.
I was very nervous about what was to me a new way to sell a house. Ultimately it proved to be very quick, very easy, and in my case the very best way to sell (we were moving to another state). Cannot begin to say how happy I am over this transaction!
