We rented a house from lane homes and was treated worse than dirt. My fiancee and I are both disabled and on disability. There was a very big misunderstanding regarding our rent because of our bank account being hacked into as well as a discrepancies with our ssi to which we had the bank willing to speak on our behalf and had verification from ssi . We gave them a $100 in good faith to show them we were trying to get the issues fixed as well as Salvation Army pledged $200 to help us to which they never bothered to let anyone... read more
They only care about profit. From the very beginning anytime we had issues, when we reported them they just blew it off. Mice in the house from the day we moved in, reported and never resolved, took over a month for a dishwasher to be fixed, AC and heat were not hooked up properly which was an extra expense to figure it out not through them, one bathroom wasn't even usable bc it smelled like straight sulphur bc shortcuts were taken on the plumbing.
