03/07/26 Purchased Ford Everest Sport Demo/used 4,000kms also their Premium Package for window tint and ceramic coating INT/EXT special price 2,722. Paid Cash, and trusted LANE FORD had everything in hand. Louis is awful to deal with. As a woman I felt intimidated and forced to pay a deposit and sign documents, I felt so uncomfortable with the situation I didn't want to buy the car, they proceeded to make me sign papers and pay deposit without giving me any time to think and now they won't refund my deposit even though I requested a refund less than 12 hours after paying it. DON'T GO HERE!
