Shocking service – 5 trips for 1 routine maintenance Our confirmed service appointment mysteriously “disappeared” from their system, despite being booked in person two weeks earlier and reconfirmed by phone. Service Desk Staff and Workshop Manager were patronising and even implied we booked at another dealership. Seriously? Since then, we’ve had to return the car multiple times — first for an incomplete navigation update (2-hour wait), and now, three months later, the oil light is on.
