Cleaning was great, super nice. Scheduled to get cavities filled and selected which payment plan would fit best for me, waited 2 weeks and took time off work so I could show up and them tell me that my selected payment plan wasn't available because they didn't explain the fact that I had to do something. In my eyes that's super unprofessional and unacceptable when dealing with medical issues
Lane family dental is family. When I arrived meeting the front desk we discussed her family my family a continuation of a years long connection. This is the way with all the staff. They know you and you know them. My 9yr old daughter like to go to the dentist even when drilling is needed. If that is not a reccomendation I dont know what is. Hey dental is expensive but it is easier when the experience is so nice. Highly recommended.
