The hygienist are great, The people at the front are great. The doctor not so much. When I come in with feeling sensitive about my teeth, I would hope that the doctor would be understanding and have some kind of bedside manner, but he does not. I’d say that he’s good at his job, but I’ve already come three times to get one thing done and it has not happened because I cannot remain calm in his presence. Tried to schedule a cleaning with them, it’s been a while since my last one so I needed X-rays done. The day of my appointment, the only tech with certification decided to leave early (before 2:30 pm!), so I couldn’t get X-rays done. And I have been waiting 4+ months for them to reschedule me or even a call back. Horrible service/ customer care. Will not be coming back since they obviously do not care
The world’s best dental hygienist, Sharon is here!! I have never had a better dental hygienist in my life . She is thorough and actually cares about her patience and she is kind and patient and so amazing at what she does . I have a huge fear of the dentist office, especially teeth cleaning because I’m highly sensitive, but this woman is beyond phenomenal. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about her. I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I got into contact with the person in charge of the phones. I made the mistake of telling her I have dental insurance through OHP. She said she looked me up and my name never generated. So I said "that's fine, no big deal, how much is it out of pocket for the cleaning?" She then said "no, it's illegal to not use your insurance", that's a blatant lie. I can choose to pay out of pocket if I so desire.
