I was rescheduled twice for my appointment to accommodate Dr. Childs schedule. As requested I arrived 15 minutes early. I was then told that the Dr. was not at the office and that it would be roughly another hour. This caused my wife and I serious problems with dropping and pickup up kids from school. No one really cared. No advance warning, no appology for wasting our time...just total indifference. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. Go elsewhere for your medical needs!
