Extremely rude and not helpful.
What a horrible store. I went with my sister last night and the associates just stood around talking with each other. No one literally asked if they could assist us with anything. When I went to check out, they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. So unprofessional. I'll stick with Torrid.
