My company truck broke down in the Washington, D.C. area & Lane Auto was very helpful to me on locating a NAPA service center in the DC area. I end up having the truck towed back to Fayetteville to get the major (new transmission) repairs complete and once again Lane Auto was there to see that it was done right and within our budget. We been using Lane Auto for many years, the people are great and their service is top notch.
Awesome Automotive Repair Facility. They have been taking care of my families cars for years. Wonderful people!!!! Highly recommend
Saved me over $800! – I am VERY pleased with the service I got at Lane Automotive. Here's the story.......At the Mieneke on Yadkin road my husband was told our Ford Explorer need a front wheel bearing, a rear wheel bearing, and new rear brakes....all for the grand total of $1,200. Well this threw up a huge red flag cause I had the rear brakes replaced a year ago. I knew they weren't bad. So I took our explorer to Lane Automotive for a second opinion. I told them nothing about what Meineke had told me. They looked at my vehic... read more
I am so happy about this place. I got 3 other shops to give me expensive, wrong estimates and check outs. I took it to Lane Automotive after a co-worker told me about them and said they take care of the military members here. I coulnd't be happier. They found an electrical connector problem and charged me hundreds less than the other places told me it would be! My a/c is working perfectly now and my family and I are so happy to have found this place. If you have a car problem-take it there FIRST!
I waited four days for my car to be fixed and when I got it back, the check engine light was back on within three days. They supposedly repaired the problem with a one year guarantee, but when I took it back to them, they were going to charge me $80 more to hook it back up to the computer to see what the problem was. THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME AS IT WAS THREE DAYS AGO, I AM SURE. Then they said it was something different so I was going to have to pay to have have it fixed, even though it was not fixed the first time. It is doin... read more
Found this place by reading reviews online. I couldn't be more dissapointed! Took my vehicle in 3 weeks ago for my check engine light and heater not working.5 hours and 300 bucks later, my heater worked leaving the place and the next day heater went out and light back on. They told me that they thought the ck engine light was on because of the thermostat being out. I have now taken my vehicle back 2 other time because they guarentee their work and here I am, no vehicle because they have still not fixed the problem they said ... read more
Stear Clear – I have given this business too many chances. They simply don't have a good technician to diagnose what the problem is with a vehicle. They are good people, but they wring you dry of your money. It's that simple. Every person I have ever spoken with says the same thing. They were good way back when, but any more they simply don't have a good technician. Steer Clear. Seriously.
Lane Automotive has a 4.2 star rating with 102 reviews.
Lane Automotive is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 7:30 a.m.
