Never went there yet but I am about to experience lane auto group
Wasted money and time going here. Communicated with them on Facebook marketing. Agreed to a price but when I get there, they changed the price. $40 on Uber not including tip coming & going!!! Unprofessional, instead the person coming out to talk to me the person I communicated with he sends someone else out!! Don’t even deserve the 1 star!!! Pathetic
This car lot is a joke! Office manager Kawika is disrespectful and runs his mouth like he has the power. John who’s the owner no help. He listen to Kawika as if his the owner. Don’t buy from this place, JOHN LANE AUTO rip off. Sell shitty cars they overpriced . Mike is awesome, well respected man . He should leave this company cause he works with a bunch of sqiuds.

Mike is awesome! Consistent. Knowledgable. Never forceful or without your best interests in mind as a buyer. Always felt encouraged to look for a car that met my needs and I was happy with. Would highly recommend this place if you need a car and havnt had good experiences in the past. Limited variety but never hurts to look and inquire.
