Lane Arts Council / YouthArts is a non-profit arts organization supporting artists and the arts throughout Lane County, Oregon, since 1976. The resulting action plan -- LAC/YA 2010 -- will guide how programs and partnerships will continue to serve artists, K-12 students, and teachers in Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County through YouthArts. The plan will also reaffirm and describe the vital role of the Council in Community Arts funding and promotion.
