We worked through 3 design iterations with Joseph until we arrived at one that met both our aesthetic and budget needs. The team that did the work had to use our neighbor’s driveway and they were so careful and considerate that our neighbors didn’t have any concerns. I contracted with Landvision for removal of dead/dying trees/shrubs removal and replace with 8 B&B green giants and 8 10-gallon West Coast Skip Laurel for $7,250. I had two prior projects with them totaling approx. $6,000. They did a great job on these two projects and I had the same project manager throughout. But I had the worst, most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered in my 65 years on the third project. Tracy and the crew took care of the planning and design and we could not be happier. My wife and I met with Landvision over a year ago in gettng things started and let us figure everything out with our budget and yard with no pressure. Tracy worked with us to get within our budget and our backyard looks like a magazine.
