I welcomed Katie and David to my home in November 2019 for an appraisal. They walked the whole property, measured the entire foundation and then the house separate from the garage. Very friendly and skilled folks. Asked valid questions about our recent remodeling activities. Spoke with skill and integrity. My home was not a typical one, so they had to work harder to get comparables in order to create a valid deduction. Very happy with their effort and I accept their fair appraisal of my home. David Mercer came to my house and did not measure my home properly and now my bank is flipping out saying I am way upside down on my home!! This place is a complete joke and very unprofessional. Now I have a chance of losing my home! Thank you for that Landura Appraisal Company!! For Christmas I will send y'all a box of tape measures so others like me don't have to live in their car.
