Don’t waste your time with Landtec. Terrible service, only care about the company’s/builders they work for..
Landtec is a wonderful company to work for I am almost at my 3 months. I love my job so much ❤️ I have held some amazing positions. No company I have ever worked for cares like this one does.
We used Landtec at my neighborhood for all common areas for 4-5 years and their quality of work was absolutely atrocious. They did way below even bare minimum and many trees died, as well as various other plants and huge patches of grass were filled with weeds and debris. We’ve since switched to a different company and the appearance of the neighborhood went from looking like a crackhouse to resort landscaping. Would absolutely never ever recommend Landtec.
