Built several properties in my life - this was the WORST experience ever. Unorganized, unethical, STAY AWAY! BTW - Vicky Erickson (5 star review below) looks familiar - maybe Landsted owner Mark Erickson's wife????
WOW. Landsted homes have always had an outstanding reputation for quality, which is very much deserved. My husband and I lived in a home which Landsted built, and it was the best home we have ever owned. Mark Erickson paid attention to every detail, and it showed. We lived in an area which has many homes built by Landsted, and each one is unique and masterfully crafted. We had Landsted both build our house and later finish our lower level. After visiting their model home and seeing the quality of the work I knew I wanted them to build my home. Visit a model home and I'm sure you'll see the difference yourself. In both experiences they came in budget and on time.
