My wife and I recently relocated from Knoxville, TN to Chicago, and I cannot imagine the process without the amazing help we received from Crystal. She found us a lovely apartment in our target area, sent videos, and really helped along every step.
I worked with George Kami who was outstanding in every way. He listened and helped me find what I was looking. He went out of his way to give me options. But I think the most important thing was that he was trying to help me, not just get me to sign a lease. I highly recommend George and thank him for being such a professional.
We reached out to George to help with our search as we move from Tennessee. We had a few bumps along the way with communication (admittedly during summer, the busiest time to move) but have since switched to Crystal. She has been very quick to address prior concerns and issues. Hopefully the rest of the process goes just as well!
Unprofessional behaviour and waste of time. Had an appointment with Aleks Pen at 4:00pm to tour an apartment. He texted me at 3:59pm, when I’ve already made the 1-hr trip to the place, that he was unable to schedule us in.
