I worked with Crystal and Bridget to rent an apartment in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. They were professional, supportive, and extremely communicative throughout the application process. Crystal was very hard-working and extremely responsive. She listened to all my comments and calmed my anxieties. She made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend her. Plus she's fun!
Guys please be aware these people do NOT rent their own properties and are not landlords. All they do is find clients for people who actually own rental properties. And they do not care who the renters are. I thought I was renting from them but in reality I was renting from this rental company ASAP management who have some of the WORST rental buildings in Chicago. Our agent, Karolina, was very communicative and easy to talk to. She was able to answer our questions and provide information as needed be. Our application process was easy and we heard back very quickly on the status.
