We reached out to George to help with our search as we move from Tennessee. We had a few bumps along the way with communication (admittedly during summer, the busiest time to move) but have since switched to Crystal. She has been very quick to address prior concerns and issues. Hopefully the rest of the process goes just as well!
Unprofessional behaviour and waste of time. Had an appointment with Aleks Pen at 4:00pm to tour an apartment. He texted me at 3:59pm, when I’ve already made the 1-hr trip to the place, that he was unable to schedule us in.

Aleks Penaherrera, should be ashamed of himself. Not just as a realtor but as a human being. He successfully tricked me into an apartment without doubt knowing this place was completely infested with mice, roaches, AND bedbugs. Him and his colleagues work along side ASAP management to make an apartment appear a certain way for a viewing just to get someone to sign a lease.
