If I could give 0 stars, I would. Omar, one of the property managers, has been nothing but lazy, rude, and unprofessional. My first interaction with him, he called me about a leak coming from my bathtub. He was nothing but accusatory and rude and repeatedly tried to pin the problem on me instead of sending someone to come fix it. I have lived in a Landstar building for almost four years, all in the same unit. At my last lease renewal, I was happy to accept the increase in rent so long as they replaced a chronically broken door leading to the building (not the unit itself). They continually send over a maintenance person (who does not live on the property and use this door daily, as its tenants do) to jam it back on.
