If I could give 0 stars, I would. Omar, one of the property managers, has been nothing but lazy, rude, and unprofessional. My first interaction with him, he called me about a leak coming from my bathtub. He was nothing but accusatory and rude and repeatedly tried to pin the problem on me instead of sending someone to come fix it. I have lived in a Landstar building for almost four years, all in the same unit. At my last lease renewal, I was happy to accept the increase in rent so long as they replaced a chronically broken door leading to the building (not the unit itself). They continually send over a maintenance person (who does not live on the property and use this door daily, as its tenants do) to jam it back on. After renting for over a year, I can say we had an amazing experience. Reasonable rent, responsive maintenance, well maintained property. Once we decided to move, Stefani was so helpful in navigating the whole process! Thank you!
WOW... Talk about inexperienced! These idiots think they can charge Lincoln Park rates in the Ghetto! Just because a 1 bedroom goes for $1700-$2100. monthly, does not mean you can get the same in Albany pk or Humboldt. It's no wonder these guys have the most vacancies than any other management company! They're part of the reason so many people are homeless right now!
