The staff is so unfriendly. They will make up stories instead of trying to find a solution or just simply checking to see if the issue can be solved. They also charge you a 30.00$ fee to pay your rent online as if the rent isn’t high enough. They just had a 4% rent increase for “maintenance” yet there’s no maintenance being done. Nasty people, office staff is miserable. I'd never recommend these apts to anyone.
Their complex gave my name, number, and apt number to the person I wrote up. The client there is getting evicted due to his drunken behavior and abuse. This needs to addressed because I do not cause problems. I am a domestic violence survivor and this information should never go to a client I wrote up. I am scared for my life here because of addicts and people dropping like flies.
