Stephanie, center city courtyard management is an unprofessional, awful, and corrupt woman. I won number 8 in the lottery for the 2 bedroom apartment waitlist for center city courtyard. She offered me the apartment and had me fill out hundreds of paperwork to later tell me I was 60% Ami and my income was not enough when I was put under the wrong Ami which is 30%. The staff is so unfriendly. They will make up stories instead of trying to find a solution or just simply checking to see if the issue can be solved. They also charge you a 30.00$ fee to pay your rent online as if the rent isn’t high enough. They just had a 4% rent increase for “maintenance” yet there’s no maintenance being done. Their complex gave my name, number, and apt number to the person I wrote up. The client there is getting evicted due to his drunken behavior and abuse. This needs to addressed because I do not cause problems. I am a domestic violence survivor and this information should never go to a client I wrote up. I am scared for my life here because of addicts and people dropping like flies.
