Professionally ran, personally from Evangeline parish they know what they doing now
Came here for the first time and was not impressed. Seafood boil was over boiled, corn was dehydrated and all the food here tastes spicy and one dimensional. It's a crawfish boil first then everything else follows after that flavor profile.
