This is my second month with this company I currently Am living in a rental they manage and I’m here to brag!! I made one request and within 24 hours my needs were met and the issue was 100% resolved!! The staff is friendly. I really wish I knew the name of the person I actually spoke to I don’t yet she was quite helpful ,professional & I appreciate you! I highly RECOMMEND this company if you’re looking for a home. Errin Bilby took over as the property manager recently. However, even before then she was always very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions or issues come up. I really like the regularly scheduled inspection that she began doing on my properties. It gives me an added piece of mind.
We have been with this property management company for a couple of years, and we truly cannot say enough good things about them! They are always considerate, polite, and extremely professional. Errin absolutely went above and beyond for us when we were unexpectedly locked out of our home late at night. PLEASE don’t rent here, this company absolutely sucks. I would much rather live in a zoo exhibit (they probably have less animals there) mice/rats, spiders, vinagroons,scorpions. You name it, they have it. Ur not allowed any pets, only mice lol
We’ve been renting for about 6 months, we’ve encountered problems with our rental and errin has been amazing to work with. She handles our concerns and problems any time of day, regardless if it’s the weekend. She was amazing at finding us a replacement house and moved in to a new one less than a week. I am very pleased with her as she made this transition from one house to another easy. I would definitely recommend going through errin for any housing needs.
