PLEASE don’t rent here, this company absolutely sucks. I would much rather live in a zoo exhibit (they probably have less animals there) mice/rats, spiders, vinagroons,scorpions. You name it, they have it. Ur not allowed any pets, only mice lol
We’ve been renting for about 6 months, we’ve encountered problems with our rental and errin has been amazing to work with. She handles our concerns and problems any time of day, regardless if it’s the weekend. She was amazing at finding us a replacement house and moved in to a new one less than a week. I am very pleased with her as she made this transition from one house to another easy. I would definitely recommend going through errin for any housing needs.
I’m just barely starting off with renting through them and already I’m very pleased! Julie and Errin have been great and worked with me with a few requests and have made this big transition in my life so simple! They seem like a great office and people as far as I can tell so far!
**Avoid This Company for Rentals** If you're looking to rent a home, steer clear of this company. Homeowners, if you're thinking of renting out your property, find another company or handle it yourself. They are extremely difficult to reach, and communication is a nightmare.
