I love working with Don Hurst at Landseer! He is super communicative and great with our tenant. Financials are timely and informative. Highly recommend this firm!
This property management group is NOT family-friendly. Every tenant in your household for a rental single-family home has to have an income to their standards or you cannot finish the application, it doesn’t matter if the head of your household brings in enough money. If you are a family with dependents, they will not work with you. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I rarely leave a negative review; however, I am compelled to give a fair warning to anyone who is leasing from Landseer Property Management. My tenant experience with Landseer was unsatisfactory from start to finish. Throughout my time renting an apartment near the Plaza, the property was not maintained without a struggle and much effort on my part. Landseer Management has been an absolute nightmare. My father and I were evicted after just one year of living in a rental property because, according to them, “the owners wanted to move back in.” They gave us barely a month’s notice — no empathy, no apology, just a cold, impersonal email. Beyond belief. Just go somewhere else. Like other post it is a money grubbing company. No power in half the space, dogs whimpering from woman who rents from them, accused me of wrongdoings to protect a tenant who shut off my outdoor water. Yes like last reviewer said legal action is necessary. And we are gathering together. Look up Landseer in the wikipedia. Note the reference is one of an unscrupulous landlord. boycott this money grubbing charade.
