Beware of these folks. We rented for a year. Don a was professional, helpful, and prompt in our tenure… but at a serious cost. We got notification that our house was going to be put on the market 8 months into our lease. At first they said it wouldn’t be an issue. To then ask us numerous times if we would move out earlier because the owner wanted to list his home. Upon move out, they offered to help with cleaning and maintenance. Mark Bates said it best. Company will say just about anything to smooth things over in the moment, then screw you in the end. Dropped ~$450 dollars on an exit clean, only for Don to bill us another 450 for another exit clean out of the security deposit refund. Additionally, the walls of the place were smattered with dry wall repair upon move in. I thought 'eh, no big deal'. Well, apparently it is worth ~$900 to repaint, also taken out of security deposit.
