We are on our second lease with Landseer and Jacob has been attentive and thorough on helping us find the right place to call home both times ! He has such a positive attitude and always answers promptly which is so refreshing in this town. Other staff have been great too but Jacob is definitely the highlight! Thank you Landseer!

Our Landseer manager, Jacob Couch, has been extremely attentive and responsive to our concerns and—as far as we can tell—also those of our renters. He communicates clearly and precisely if repairs and maintenance are required. And he is on the lookout for the interests of his clients to secure reasonably priced providers. We appreciated working with Don Hurst at Landseer Management- as an owner, he was attentive and professional for the couple of years he managed our single family home. I can't say the same for the previous property manager I was assigned, but thankfully Landseer heard my complaints and switched me to Don, and we were in much better hands.
I love working with Don Hurst at Landseer! He is super communicative and great with our tenant. Financials are timely and informative. Highly recommend this firm!
This property management group is NOT family-friendly. Every tenant in your household for a rental single-family home has to have an income to their standards or you cannot finish the application, it doesn’t matter if the head of your household brings in enough money. If you are a family with dependents, they will not work with you. I have never had this be a problem in the past from everywhere else I’ve lived, and attempting to address the issue with the agent through email was responded to with unhelpful behavior.
