Riley was extremely helpful to me on my visit. My nuts and bolts that were supposed to be holding my lawnmower handle disappeared. He not only helped me find good replacement parts in store, he went the extra mile and used a wrench to tighten the nuts before I put the lawnmower back in my car. 5/5, will be visiting again.
My yard is standard basic new construction Bermuda, put down late summer and then nothing until this spring. I started going to see Cody early this year for some weed control. Staff is always professional and courteous. But, honestly, whatever I needed, it's never in stock. Not even once. Just saying. I've had much, much better luck finding stock at the other local Tri-County Ace Hardware stores... i.e., Pickens, Liberty. (I really hate leaving 1-Star reviews, but it is what it is. Deal with it.)
After purchasing a STIHL MS250 chainsaw, Carlos walked me through proper care / maintenance and showed me how to start it. I really appreciated his instruction and ability to teach. I highly recommend coming in and giving Carlos a shout for any and all questions you may have. I will definitely be coming back.
Purchased a mower recently from a guy named Dylan. The guy is excellent to work with. I told him my price range and what I was looking for and he had me a list in no time. No pressure to buy anything and he was very helpful from start to finish. Go see Dylan, you won’t be disappointed!
