Would like to speak very highly of a employee name Cody he was very respectful and well knowledgeable with everything I needed help with he's also very friendly and making us feel welcomed so i for sure will continue to bring my business back to ACE here in Easley.
Had a great customer experience at Ace! Codey is very knowledgeable and his expertise guided my decision-making when it came to purchasing the right Stihl trimmer from my needs. The other employees e were extremely kind as well and it just added to the shopping experience. Highly recommend!
I own New Day Solutions a Landscaping business in Liberty. The staff at the Easley store is great. I buy most of my equipment from them. I recently had an issue with a blower and they were gracious enough to loan me on while they worked the manufacturer to get mine repaired. It's nice to know there is great support in Easley for small businesses like mine!
Staff is always professional and courteous. But, honestly, whatever I needed, it's never in stock. Not even once. Just saying. I've had much, much better luck finding stock at the other local Tri-County Ace Hardware stores... i.e., Pickens, Liberty. (I really hate leaving 1-Star reviews, but it is what it is. Deal with it.)
Very helpful and friendly folks here! I appreciate the team at this store. In particular a man named Cody was very helpful to us, and demonstrated that they truly value their customers. Highly recommend this place!
