RecommendedEarlier this week, I left a pretty bad review. I was just very frustrated with my mower and the whole situation, honestly. Travis(the owner) reached out to me, came out to my home and looked over the mower himself. Within 5 minutes he found the problem. He took my mower and got it fixed free of charge! It’s really unfortunate the way it all unfolded, but the bottom line is my mower is cutting like new, and that’s all I wanted. Bought a new trimmer. We got it home, opened the box and noticed it had gas in it and some minor scratches...obviously it had been used! Spoke to a rep this morning and was told it wasn’t used, they took it out of the box to “try it out and make sure it started”. Doesn’t make sense to us that they would do that to a “new” trimmer or explain the scratches already on it, but forget about questioning them about it! They don’t want to hear it and will rudely talk over you! We will take our business elsewhere!

ALL 2 cycle gets serviced out before it leaves, has for 17 yrs...that way IF there is an issue you don't have to bring it back. Ask any of our customers since 2004. When we service out line trimmers we tap the head on the ground to make sure the line advances correctly...which will show scratches from touching the concrete while turning. We do not sell used 2 cycle equipment!
These guys have been my go to spot over the last 4 years of lawn service for any and everything I need. Kevin has sold me 2 mowers and is very knowledgeable when trying to find what equipment will best serve you. The guys in the maintenance department are friendly and have a fair turn around time considering they are one of the few (if not the only) full service shop around and amount of work they have coming in. Recommend for sure.

I’m in a local rock painting group. It’s a hot trend around the world. This is one of the favorite places of those in the group to get beautiful rocks to paint. We are able to take our time and hand pick them. I know this may sound like a strange recommendation for a landscaping business, but not everyone is buying truckloads. Some of us just need a bucketful at a time. These folks don’t make our purchases feel insignificant. And their rocks are beautiful. 🤩🤩Thanks!
Been looking fo a commercial ZTR for a few months and finally decided on a Scag Cheetah II. Will was my salesman and I couldn’t be happier with his help. He was very honest and never tried to pressure me into a sale. Very knowledgeable of the products and researched the answer for me when he didn’t know. In fact, while waiting on him, I witnessed his dealings with a very difficult customer and he never was disrespectful or did he lose his composure. Will is a fine young man and he is a great asset to your company!
