LMS designed and installed our home landscaping and it turned out great! They did high quality work.
Quality work with problem solving abilities
One of their trucks with trailer full of equipment was driving recklessly. Ran me off the road of on ramp to I-15. I called the company to alert them. No one cared to call back and at least apologize. For this reason, I would never use this company for landscaping services. Appropriate customer service goes a long way!
The first few visits were great then their quality went way down. You can’t get a hold of a live person, you have to leave a message or email and I did both at least 10 times. They never responded just ignored my request for better quality. Their guys cut corners and leave long strips of blades of grass, it looks horrible!
These guys installed the landscaping and fence at my Ivory home in 2022 and used sheet metal screws to assemble my wood fence. There’s not much more to say.
