Mark, the owner is very thorough and always shows up on time. We have used him a few times and would highly recommend him.
Please do not do business with Mark Higgins. This is not a criticism of the people that he employs who don’t seem to stay with him very long, but Higgins. Higgins will give you an estimate but he does not do what he agreed to do based upon that estimate and what we agreed would be the final cost. In fact with me, he didn’t even bother to do part of the lawn! Like a little girl, he whined about the costs and only agreed to “finish” the job if he was paid more money! I mean, really?! I first contacted Landscapes by Design for a butterfly garden. They did a wonderful job and have a source for really great plants that are doing better than any I've had before. Since then I've had them back twice for other projects. Mark the owner is very respectful and professional. He prepares proposals timely and schedules fast. His crew are polite and do a great job with tidy cleanup when done.
Mark and his team gave us a beautiful update on our front yard with the perfect plants and trees. They were professional and finished on time. I definitely would recommend them.
