Working with Grace and Jennifer at Lands West was a smooth and transparent process. I enjoyed their approach to walking you through everything to ensure the details are covered. The communication was consistent and often. I appreciated everything they did for me and my family.
Jennifer and Grace were extremely helpful getting my property sold to the right buyers. Their knowledge of Lake Tyee's unique attributes made them a way better choice than an outside realtor--even my relatives who are realtors agreed! I also felt really confident as an absentee owner leaving it in their hands. I should add that I also bought from them years ago, and they really listen to their clients and know how to match people with the right property--even if, like me, you're quirky with specific tastes.
