I spoke with Sai earlier, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She was short, dismissive, and seemed unwilling to help or even listen to my concern. It’s surprising and frustrating, especially given how highly this practice is reviewed for its professionalism and customer care. I hope this feedback helps prompt some coaching or awareness, as I genuinely expected a much higher level of service based on the reputation of this office.
Micheline and her team at Lands End are awesome. I injured my shoulder, had never been to a Physical Therapist before, and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Every session was thorough and I could legitimately see improvement after each time I went in. I’m back to 100% and so thankful I chose to come here. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Received treatment for shockwave therapy on a pulled quad. The therapy helped tremendously - it is one of the few therapies that you can immediately walk out the office feeling better. Would highly recommend for anyone dealing with persistent bone injuries/tendinopathy, especially in runners. Micheline was great!
